  For me, the car business has always been about more than selling cars. It's about building relationships and helping people. Born in New Orleans and raised in Slidell, I have spent the past 30 years in the automotive industry. Along the way, I have helped thousands of customers find the right vehicle, navigate financing, and make decisions they can feel confident about long after they leave the dealership. Many of those customers have become friends, returning to me and my team whenever they or someone in their family needs automotive help. Today, I serve as General Manager of Car Pros Northshore, bringing three decades of experience and a genuine commitment to the Northshore community. My philosophy is simple: treat people the way you'd want your own family to be treated. Family is the biggest part of who I am. I'm happily married, a proud father of three and stepfather of one, with kids ranging in age from 4 to 23. My family and I now call Mandeville home, making the Northshore not just where I work, but where I live, raise my family, and build lasting connections with neighbors, customers, and friends. After 30 years in the business, I still believe buying a vehicle should be exciting and not intimidating. Whether you need help finding the right car, figuring out financing, getting the most for your trade, or simply want straightforward advice from someone who knows the business, I'm always happy to help. Louisiana quickly became home - it's where I met my wife, raised our four children, became a proud U.S. citizen, and now enjoy being a grandfather to two. I've spent 28 years in the automotive industry, helping customers find the right vehicle and financing options for their needs. I believe in treating people honestly, making the process simple, and building relationships that last beyond one purchase. Outside of work, my faith and family are a big part of my life.   Hey everybody, I'm Ricky Saragusa, Sales & Finance Manager at Car Pros Northshore. Outside of Car Pros, family is a huge part of my life. I'm fortunate to have a wonderful family, an amazing wife, and three incredible children.
